Pērc Dungeon Munchies 2 PC

"Who in their right mind would even WANT to eat cosmic monsters?"

Dungeon Munchies 2 is a whole new sequel to Dungeon Munchies, complete with the familiar side-scrolling, adventure-having, character-boosting, monster-fighting action!

My diabolical plan is to open a chain restaurant on the other side of the Stargate! It'll be a showcase of my cooking and business prowess!

You are a zombie chef and the eminent expert on cooking Earth's monsters. Simmer, a necromancer and (tragically) your boss, has summoned you to explore the frontiers of extra-terrestrial cuisine.

Pick through the vast ruins of a space colony and make discoveries that could redefine the field of monster cuisine. It might even get you that raise you've been asking for.

Open wiiiide

Explore, hunt and cook as you go! Turn unspeakable cosmic beings into tonight's dinner special.

Fungibeast steaks, infernal sausages, undying scallion pancakes... Space invaders = bonus overtime calorie intake!

Embrace the 5-D food pyramid

Your shiny new Alien Nutrient Absorption Lattice contains a multiverse of digestive enzymes and inconceivable powers of absorption, plunging you into a world of flavors beyond human comprehension.

Blanched dark matter... doesn't pair well with peanut powder, and the Boötes Jerky could do with less salt. It was a little on the dry side.

Cook your way up the food chain

Get elbow-deep in alien guts with your brand new kitchenware set, painstakingly crafted by a professional crew of artisan skeletons.

Stir-fry monsters on the spot with your Plasma Spatula, or step into your Pitmaster Suit to hurl flaming skewers at your enemies.

If you gaze into the abyss, the abyss WILL also gaze back at you... and ask to not be put on the menu.

Explore a bottomless labyrinth in a distant world

Where are all the humans? You have the food, but how's a restaurant supposed to operate with no customers?

Venture deep into a massive facility within the deep, dark void and search for the remnants of human civilization. The fate of your boss's lofty dreams rests on your shoulders.

The Absurd & Unhinged Story Continues...

Exiled space critters, time folds, a demon king, and a spirit who's obsessed with opening a restaurant, despite her lack of taste buds.

Grab a plate of this absolute mess and watch this gang of undead weirdos somehow try to build a restaurant empire!

"This is how I'm rewarded for defeating an interdimensional god... I get dishwashing duty."

Q&A with Producer Jimbo!

Q: How is Dungeon Munchies 2 different from the original?
A: The biggest change is the random growth system (not a roguelike). In the first game, your cooking abilities unlocked in a fixed order as the story progressed. We've kept that, and added power growth from randomly dropped abilities on top of it. Every new playthrough gives you a different experience.

Q: Random drops? What if I get nothing but junk early on? Do I have to grind in place forever?
A: It's possible to get an extremely powerful ability early on! And even if luck isn't on your side, that's fine. The talent system still makes sure you can clear the game smoothly.

Action or farming: It's your call
This is still an action game at its core! Players who want to push their own limits won't be disappointed. But to take care of casual players, we've added an extra stat growth system. If you put in the work stacking up your stats, you'll even have a chance to one-shot bosses!

Q: I noticed the sequel has a class system. What's that about?
A: In Dungeon Munchies 2, classes replace the weapon system. It's not just a weapon swap. Now your whole character changes! The first game had only two slots, a main weapon and a sub weapon. Here, every class gets four skill slots, which explodes the possible combinations explodes.

Q: Does the story continue from the first game? Is it a parallel universe, or a total reset?
A: Let's hand this one over to our lead artist and lead writer, Scofa:
"I'm Scofa, still showing signs of life after the first game. I'm a living human, not AI-generated.
The sequel picks up right from the first game's ending, which is why our zombie chef doesn't have to re-collect the double jump and air dash. Please look forward to the original group's brand-new adventure (and sources of trauma) they encounter on this alien world."
