Pērc Construction Store Simulator PC

Start with a small hardware store and turn it into a true empire that every contractor relies on. In Construction Store Simulator, you will stock shelves, set prices, move racks with realistic physics, keep checkout lines under control, and fight off thieves - all while expanding the store, hiring staff, and improving its appearance and reputation.

Build Your Business and Master Advanced Logistics

Take your business to the next level by expanding your store with new rooms, including a dedicated office and additional backrooms. Step into a large warehouse, hop on a forklift, move pallets of goods, and take on extra high-value orders to boost your profits.

Staff Management and Automation

Build a Cohesive Team: You don't have to do everything yourself. Recruit cashiers, security guards, or warehouse workers to streamline your business operations. Smart Goods Flow: Store supplies in a smaller storage area, from which your staff will automatically and continuously restock empty store shelves, allowing you to focus on expanding your company.

Daily Operations and Sales

Specialized Workstations: Feel the true atmosphere of a hardware store! Fulfill precise customer orders: weigh the right amount of screws, cut wooden beams to size, and carefully mix paints to get the perfect color. Realistic Transactions and Management: Operate a new cash register system that requires efficiency in both giving coin change and accepting card payments. Use your virtual phone to instantly order inventory and monitor customer reviews in real time.

Space Customization and Quality Standards

Freedom of Interior Design: Create the store of your dreams using an extensive and intuitive shelving and decoration system. Modify floors and walls, giving the interior a unique, professional look. Cleanliness and Quality: Reputation is key. React to ongoing issues in the store - repair broken shelves and maintain order by regularly emptying trash cans filled by customers to uphold the highest quality of service.
